Mysore Mama
I just called my sister Joy. I was really nice to surprise her. We didn’t talk that long and I left out all the details that would really interest her. The food is awesome, and of course cheap. Mike and I had dinner last night for about one dollar and eighty cents, including tip. I am already trying to figure out where I can eat when I get back home. In the meantime Mike and I are going to take some cooking classes so that we can have you all over for a taste of India. Practice was very early this morning. I was up and out the door by 4:30am. It was a packed led class. It reminded me of Wake Up Yoga in the dead of winter, just when you think one more person can’t fit, Sharath would find them a place. Practice was good again today. I have escaped the “bad lady” label so far, but this morning during a very slow Uth Pluthi I was singled out “don’t cheat.” It’s hard! Mike took the train into Bangalore this morning to get some camera stuff worked out, so I am on my own for the day. The pictures I am posting today were actually taken a few days ago. Mike and I were walking home from lunch and stumbled on some boys playing a makeshift game of cricket. They even let Mike take a turn at bat mistaking him for an Australian all star.

Hey Jill and Mike, it sure sounds like you are really have the time of your life in India and the pictures are incredible. It sounds like everyone is friendly and very accepting of outsiders. We can't wait to see you and hear all about your wonderful adventure when you return. Remember I love you and pray that you continue to have a safe and exciting adventure.
