It is all way too overwhelming at this moment. The process of digesting has yet to begin. I wish that I could say something more....but I can't until then...
I can say that my teachers here know how to set the bar....high. Each teacher, each an expert in their various limb of yoga, can see the hesitation, the indecision, the fear of failure in the students face and they say go, do, try, practice....so I say go, do, try, practice and set the bar higher than you think....the results are pretty amazing.
